Kwadwo Safo, from Ghana, has been carrying research on rockets and/or missiles for a long time. He is known for having designed and manufactured prototypes of weapons that could eventually equip Ghana Armed Forces, one day, like exoskeleton, armored vehicles, missile launchers, etc. His military equipment is designed in his R&D facilities and are all self-financed. He could possibly improve his manufacturing skills if properly backed up financially and politically.
He has unveiled on December 29, 2019 his latest armored vehicle which is equipped with a missile launcher capable of firing 36 missiles.

His experimental rockets, for instance, can be launched from the ground or water. Although they are still prototypes, the tests carried out so far are promising.
The rockets that were tested, both from the ground and water, weigh up to 150 kg. All tests were not successful. Yet, some of the rockets reached altitudes between 1,500 feet (500 meters) and 2,355 feet (700 meters). This is not enough to impress military experts.
Nonetheless, the technology is there and needs to be financed to reach higher altitudes and ranges. However, it is difficult for one man, with his limited financial means, to achieve results equivalent to China, Russia or the US where the military industrial complex is well developed.
